Local artist Rockwell Powers and Dj Phinisey have just

Rockwell Powers definitely has a true passion for his city and the concept behind his and DJ Phinisey's latest album BUILD reflects just that. By committing to performing community work and holding numerous campaigns throughout the town, his reason essentially to "BUILD" Tacoma to all that it can become.
